Position
The LG Industrialization Specialist will be part of Givenchy Leather Goods Department in Florence, reporting to the Industrialization Coordinator, working closely with other internal teams and external suppliers.
Job responsibilities
Main responsibilities:
- Follow the industrialization phases of leather goods products MEN and WOMEN;
- Follow-up, validation and archiving of the Masters;
- Supervise the industrialization process, ensuring technical feasibility at external suppliers;
- Daily technical support at suppliers during the pre-industrialization phase and during the Master production phase;
- Reading an updating PLM, used for follow-up industrialization projects;
- Work closely with the pattern-making, prototyping and development departments starting from prototyping and sampling to provide technical support;
- Collaborate with Quality and Production during Master validation;
Profile
Profile
- High School diploma / bachelor’s degree
- Previous experience as a prototyper
- Technical knowledge about industrialization phases and about leather goods
- Knowledge of CAD, model consultation and reading
- Added value if familiar with time and methods
- Working proficiency in English (French knowledge is a plus)
- Knowledge of PLM is a plus
- Problem solving & Analytical skills
- Collaboration and teamwork aptitude
- Good knowledge of MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- At least 8+ years of experience in similar roles in the Luxury Leather Goods

For this role the initial annual gross salary is EUR 50.000.
This salary has been determined on the basis of objective and gender-neutral criteria and corresponds to the compensation normally granted for this position at the time of publication of this job posting. Actual compensation may vary depending on factors such as your unique combination of experience and skills, seniority, and current organizational needs.
This role also provides for participation in a premio scheme, at Givenchy’s discretion, based on factors such as individual and/or company performance.
In addition to the benefits provided by law, further benefits may be granted in accordance with current company policies.
The employment relationship will be governed by the provisions of the applicable national collective bargaining agreement (CCNL Industria Tessile Abbigliamento), as applied by Givenchy in Italy.
