About the Role:
As a Corporate Communication Specialist, you will play a key role in strengthening Ferrero’s corporate reputation and presence while contributing to the promotion of its identity, values, and brand image.
Covering this position, you will consolidate your knowledge on how to develop and execute integrated communication initiatives across traditional and digital channels, helping to ensure consistency, visibility, and effectiveness in every communication activity.
Main Responsibilities:
As a junior professional, you will support the monitoring and analysis of reputational KPIs and communication performance indicators, contributing to the evaluation of corporate equity development.
You will help create materials and presentations that reinforce Ferrero’s identity and reputation, identifying the most appropriate channels to engage different audiences across both traditional and digital media.
Together with the team, you will be responsible for developing engaging content and drafting communications for various corporate initiatives, including press releases, media materials, interviews, videos, and digital assets. You will support the management of Ferrero Italia’s digital channels, including social media platforms and websites, ensuring content remains relevant, engaging, and aligned with company objectives.
Moreover, you will contribute to the preparation of daily press, web, and social media reviews, providing valuable insights on topics relevant to the company’s reputation and visibility.
Working cross-functionally with Marketing and Business Support & Relationships teams,
you will help ensure the successful execution of brand initiatives by supporting their feasibility, visibility, and communication effectiveness.
In partnership with your Manager, you will develop and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, communication agencies, research institutions, and other external stakeholders.
In addition, you will manage crisis communication activities by monitoring traditional and digital media and supporting the preparation of reports and communication materials for senior management when required. You will also help identify and transform key sustainability topics and achievements into compelling communication assets tailored for different audiences and channels.
About You:
You bring your academic background in Communication, Marketing, or a related field, and your initial experience in Communication, Marketing, or External Communication-related departments.
Your understanding of media ecosystems and emerging communication trends will allow you to grow in this position and identify opportunities to enhance visibility and engagement.
Your ability to build positive relationships with diverse stakeholders enables you to collaborate effectively, both in Italian and English.

What We Offer:
The role is classified at Level Impiegato 1° livello under the National Collective Agreement for the Food Industry (CCNL Industria Alimentare).
The guaranteed minimum base annual gross salary established by the CCNL for the applicable level is € 43.249. The compensation package also includes an annual variable component with a target of up to 5% of base salary.
