Customer Supply Chain & Collaboration Manager

At FrieslandCampina, we're looking for a Customer Supply Chain & Collaboration Manager to act as a strategic partner for key customers, driving collaboration, service excellence, and end-to-end supply chain improvements.

In this role, you'll work closely with customers and internal teams to optimize processes, improve logistics performance, and strengthen long-term business relationships. Your ability to connect stakeholders, solve complex supply chain challenges, and deliver results will directly contribute to our success.

What You'll Bring

- Master's degree in a relevant field
- 5+ years of supply chain experience within FMCG
- Strong knowledge of customer supply chain processes and cost drivers
- Advanced SAP and MS Office skills
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Project management experience and a continuous improvement mindset
- Customer-focused, proactive, and results-driven approach
