JOB PURPOSE
The CRM Intern will support the Regional CRM team in the development, implementation and monitoring of CRM and clienteling initiatives aimed at increasing client engagement, loyalty and spend among existing and prospective Prada clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the development and implementation of CRM and clienteling initiatives based on business needs, including the preparation of client target lists, tools and resources designed to drive client interactions, store appointments, revenue and long-term loyalty.
- Analyse CRM data and client behavior to identify relevant insights and opportunities, supporting the development of commercial actions for specific client segments.
- Support stores in the implementation of the clienteling strategy and CRM best practices, including the preparation of presentations,
guidelines and training materials focused on client development initiatives.
- Monitor CRM KPIs, program adoption, data quality and client contactability, preparing regular reports and follow-ups for the Regional CRM team and stores.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Bachelor or Master’s Degree
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent computer skills, especially in the use of Excel
Excellent ability to read and analyse documentation
Confidentiality, accuracy and organisational skills
