Suggests improvements in products, processes and procedures. String Test PQE shall act as the cell focal point of Test Quality; the successful candidate shall drive the cell to meet quality goals in terms of COQ, defects count and QMS compliance. /ph3In this role, you will be responsible for: /h3ulliLead the Cell/Line (Florence and Massa) in establishing and maintaining a high level of quality within the product line through effective initiation of Root Cause Analysis (RCA), corrective action, statistical process control, quality plans, work station audits and overall quality initiatives; /liliProvide answers to Customer's issues through technical and transactional Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective and preventive action plan; /liliDrive the Cell / Line towards defect / COQ reduction, characterizing the recurrent causes and the consequent corrective / preventive actions, involving all the impacted functions and those which generated the Non-Conformities; /liliLeads reviews with COE leaders to monitor Quality programs execution and Quality indicators performance; /liliBe responsible for verifying the implementation and the efficiency of the actions,
through the subsequent analysis of defects; /liliBe responsible for guaranteeing that the process for Non-Conformity management and Punch List is correctly applied and that the Non-Conformity Report (eNCR) is appropriately documented; /liliDrive and assure special and critical processes qualification control; /liliDrive and maintain qualification of farm-in/farm-out activities; /liliBe responsible for Quality Assurance for the Cell, ensuring that all functions are committed and in compliance to ISO standards; /li /ulh3To be successful in this role you will: /h3ulliMaster degree in Engineering (preferred Mechanical, Aeronautics, Chemical) /liliFluent in English /liliTechnical knowledges; /liliBasic Knowledge of HSE regulations /liliAbility to analyze problems and identify root causes; /liliEU Work Permit. /li /ulh3Desired Characteristics /h3ulliProblem solving certified (i.e. Apollo or Shainin) /liliBasic knowledge in TRS, as PED and IECEx /liliAbility to work in a global environment /liliMultitask approach; /liliChange agent attitude /lili4 years experience in Quality or Operations or Supply Chain; /liliSix-Sigma Green Belt Certified; /li /ulh3Work in a way that works for you /h3pWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
