With the expansion of international activities and clients, NTU’s project pipeline and opportunities are grown significantly, therefore, we are looking for a motivated and result oriented individual, who is interested in experiencing our culture, intensive business environment, challenges as well as being part of our international success. /p pbKey Responsibilities /b /p ul liUnderstanding the specific requirements of EU-funded projects, including thematic areas, expertise levels, and geographic scope. /li liSourcing of experts for current and future projects /li liUtilizing various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, expert databases,etc.) to find suitable candidates.
/li liNegotiation of contracts and agreements with experts /li liCoordinating communication between experts and project teams for proposal development. /li /ul pbQualifications and skills: /b /p ul liA master’s degree in Business Management, International Relations or any other relevant fields; /li liAt least 3 years of experience in recruitment of experts for EU, WB, ADB, EIB funded tenders; negotiation with expert and preparation of CVs /li liFamiliarity with EC framework contracts /li liAbility to identify, evaluate, and engage international experts /li liExperience using platforms such as LinkedIn, Devex, DevelopmentAid, etc. /li liStrong communication skills /li liAbility to work in a fast-paced commercial environment with many deadlines /li liGreat teamworking /li liStrong independent drive, goal orientation and an eye for detail /li liA structured and organized mindset with an excellent ability to work under pressure /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Power Point). /li /ul pbLanguage and skills: /b /p ul liFluency in oral and written English (at least C1 level) /li liFluency in oral and written French would be an advantage /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
