This role is ideal for hands-on technicians who enjoy working directly with customers and equipment, and who are comfortable traveling to project sites. /p pThe focus is on supporting customers in Italy, especially with regard to services (e.g.maintenance and repairs) as well as new installations. In addition, the area of responsibility will include working in the local Customer Helpdesk (phone support for customers) and taking on on-call duties. Interface and cooperation with the Sales and Service Team in Italy as well as close collaboration with the central service team from Germany.
