The role offers the opportunity to work within a structured multinational organization, supporting quarterly and annual IFRS reporting activities and contributing to the preparation of consolidated financial statements for multiple domestic and international entities. /p h3Offerta /h3 ul liCoordinate and manage the Group consolidation process across Italian and foreign subsidiaries. /li liSupport quarterly and annual closing activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with reporting deadlines. /li liPrepare, review, and monitor consolidation entries and adjustments. /li liManage and maintain consolidation reporting packages through dedicated consolidation systems. /li liPrepare the Consolidated Cash Flow Statement and related financial disclosures. /li liProvide accounting support for extraordinary transactions, corporate reorganizations, and MA activities. /li liLiaise with external auditors, advisors, and finance teams across the Group. /li liEnsure compliance with IFRS accounting standards and internal reporting requirements. /li liContribute to the continuous improvement of consolidation processes and reporting procedures.



/li /ul h3Competenze ed esperienza /h3 ul liDegree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. /li li5+ years of experience in Group Consolidation, Financial Reporting, External Audit, or Corporate Accounting. /li liPrevious experience within multinational listed companies or top-tier audit and advisory firms. /li liStrong knowledge of IAS/IFRS accounting standards. /li liProven ability to manage complex reporting activities under tight deadlines. /li liExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior management and external auditors. /li liStrong analytical mindset and attention to detail. /li liAdvanced proficiency with consolidation and financial reporting systems; experience with Tagetik is considered a strong advantage. /li liFluent English, both written and spoken, used regularly in a professional environment. /li /ul h3Completa l'offerta /h3 ul liPermanent employment contract under CCNL Credito. /li liCompetitive compensation package with a RAL between €45,000 and €55,000+bonus+benefits. /li liOpportunity to work in an international and dynamic environment with exposure to senior finance stakeholders. /li liInvolvement in strategic accounting, reporting, and corporate finance initiatives. /li liFlexibility to be based in Rome or Verona. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
