ppWe currently have a vacancy for a bQuality Product and Process Engineer /b in our factory in bAprilia /b (Centre of Italy), reporting directly to the Quality Manager. /p pAprilia Plant is specialized in metal closures mainly for tomato, pickles, sauce condiments. /p pWe offer you to have an interesting position in an international company where we value personal development and experience. /p pIn support to the Quality Manager, the successful candidate will ensure the conformity of semi-finished and finished products through analysis and continuous improvement of the lithographic processes capability and the compliance with legal requirements, from the initial definition phase up to the start of series production. /p pIn particular, he/she will be responsible for:
/p ul lidefine the Quality control plans of the lithographic production processes and verify their compliance and correct application /li liensure the management of quality problems detected in production through the analysis of the Non Conformities detected and the coordination of the Corrective Actions required to avoid the recurrence of the problem /li liregularly check the process capability index (Cpk), promoting the necessary improvement actions /li lireview customer's requirements and define the correct characteristics for the new item /li lidefine the qualification protocol for new products and new materials (managing specifications, control and test plan) /li limonitor and ensure the conformity of the product and its components with respect to the legal requirements regarding suitability for the food contact /li limanage supplier quality assurance /li /ul h3Job Requirements /h3 pFor this role we expect you to have a Technical Degree (preferably in Chemistry or Industrial Chemistry) and a minimum of 3/5 years of experience acquired in a manufacturing environment. Good knowledge of Quality tools and good problem-solving skills. Well organised, you are able to work effectively with autonomy and you are result-oriented and respectful of rules and safety .
