Section 1 - JOB DESCRIPTION

The spare parts coordinator manages the spare parts purchasing, warehouse operations,



as well as transport documentation and calibration records for measurement instruments within the factory.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & SCOPE
- Manage spare parts purchasing activities, including:

Requesting and sending quotations to suppliers

Issuing and monitoring daily purchase orders
- Oversee spare parts warehouse operations:

Cataloguing materials

Organizing and rearranging shelving

Monitoring stock levels
- Manage transport documentation:

Entering job orders into company systems

Filing and forwarding documents to the accounting department
- Coordinate spare parts shipments:

Organizing pick-ups from suppliers

Preparing pallets for returns or repairs

Issuing and managing outbound delivery notes
- Supervise calibration documentation:

Monitoring deadlines

Collecting and archiving calibration certificates for all measurement instruments in the factory
