**Job description**:
In the Catania Training Department we are looking to a six months stagiare. The duties include leading short presentations or small group activities for participants, in accordance with the learning specialist There will be the opportunity to: - have an overview of ST Learning process in all the phases;
- training need analysis;
- budget & yearly plan
- class management and participants tracking,
- feedback analysis. Moreover there will be the chance to be involved in the activities connected to the refunded courses. **Profile**:
It is requested: - capability on the use of the informatic tools (Office);
- good English speaking and writing;
- good communication skills and flexibility to the changes. Position location **Job location**:

4 - Bachelor degree
