Are you ready to embark on a journey of growth with our Hilti Internship Program?
We are looking for a curious, proactive person eager to challenge themselves in an international and dynamic environment. Joining Hilti as an intern means experiencing much more than a simple internship: it’s a structured six‑month program that will allow you to discover our culture, develop concrete skills, and contribute to real projects within the Engineering team.
During your internship, you will have the opportunity to make a real contribution in the following activities:
- you’ll be supporting the technical office in various activities, especially in delivering façade and installation systems drawings and detailed shop drawings for big projects.
- you'll be involved in working in tight contacts with the entire Engineering Department.

•Onboarding & Buddy: from day one you’ll be welcomed with a tailored onboarding and the support of a Buddy.

•Field Experience: you’ll shadow our Account Managers to see firsthand how Hilti creates value for customers.
•Training & Development: you’ll take part in sessions and activities designed to strengthen your skills.
•Feedback: because growth comes from continuous exchange and tailored experiences.
At the end of the six months, you won’t just have enriched your CV: you’ll have lived a journey that gives you tools, relationships, and awareness to build your future.
During the six months you can count on:
- Monthly reimbursement of €900
- Meal vouchers worth €8 per day

We’d love to hear from you if:
You’re not just looking for an internship, but for a challenge that sparks your curiosity and pushes you to grow. You have the courage to step into a dynamic environment, eager to learn, experiment, and leave your mark.
- You hold at least a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineer
- You’re fluent in Italian and have a good command of English, ready to connect in an international context.
•You hold an excellent knowledge of Autocad; knowledge of Revit or similar software is a plus.
- You’re confident with Microsoft Office tools.
