We reimagine how people and products connect to build a smarter, more sustainable future—and we do it together.Now, as we continue to grow, we're excited to welcome a new talent to our team:A passionate Customer Service Intern who's ready to step into the world of Supply Chain.Your Next RoleYou'll join our Customer Service team and support both customer-facing and back-office activities, gaining a comprehensive understanding of operational processes within an international Supply Chain environment.You will have the opportunity to:Manage customer orders, ensuring accurate data entry and timely processingSupport daily delivery activities and monitor order status to ensure smooth executionHandle customer requests and provide support through phone and email communicationsAssist in the management of service claims and customer inquiries,
ensuring proper follow-up and resolutionMaintain and update customer and operational data within company systemsCollaborate with internal teams such as Logistics, Planning, Finance and Sales to ensure excellent service levelsSupport administrative and reporting activities related to Customer Service operationsContribute to value-added service activities and continuous improvement initiativesYou'll be supported by a great team and guided through an onboarding experience designed to help you connect with the business, your colleagues, and the full customer journey. xrdztoyWhat You'll NeedTo be successful in this role, you bring:A Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Communication, or a related fieldA strong interest in Customer Service and Supply Chain processesGood knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly ExcelA good level of EnglishStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA proactive, solution-oriented "can-do" attitudeCuriosity, motivation, and willingness to learn in a dynamic environmentWhat We OfferInternship reimbursement: €600–€800 gross per monthMeal vouchersWe look forward to your application and to welcoming you onboard as our next Customer Service Intern!
