ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliWork in Operations, applying technical and problem‑solving skills to support daily activities. /liliMaintain a strong field presence to promote safe, reliable, and compliant operations. /liliServe as a technical reference during unplanned events and drive effective corrective and preventive actions. /liliSupport and drive EHS and Process Safety culture. /liliFoster an inclusive, collaborative working environment. /liliAnalyze operational, quality, and logistics data (KPIs, asset utilization, trends) to validate results, diagnose gaps, and identify improvements. /liliCollaborate with subject‑matter experts to conduct advanced troubleshooting and implement optimized technical solutions. /liliDetermines and prioritizes corrective actions to close Operational Performance Gaps (utilization, yield, uptime, quality, operating discipline losses, reliability opportunities). /liliLead and support capital and non-capital projects (expense and continuous improvement) using defined project and improvement work processes. /liliProvide leadership during plant maintenance, unplanned events, commissioning, start-up, and project handover to Operations. /li /ulh3Required Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Materials Science. /liliYou have between 0 to 3 years of experience /liliYou speak fluent Italian and English. /li /ulh3Preferred Qualifications /h3ulliStrong ownership and initiative Data-driven decision making and problem-solving capability. /liliEffective communication, influence, and stakeholder alignment. /liliValue creation / Continuous Improvement mindset /li /ulh3Application Note /h3pRelocation is not supported for this role /ph3Salary range /h3pThe below gross salary range is specific to this role in the following location: Italy /ppAnnualized: €35.700 - €63.420 /ppMonthly: €2.550 - €4.530 Monthly - 14 /ppThis role may be based in multiple locations; salary ranges may vary by location or country to ensure market relevance. Final pay is determined with consideration of relevant experience, depth of expertise, and skills. Where required by law, alternate location‑specific ranges will be communicated prior to the interview.
