focusing on transformation programs involving processes, operations, data, governance and technology.Driven by strong growth, we are constantly looking for new talents to support our development and deliver value and quality to our clients.HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTEConsulting MissionsYou will be part of a team of consultants and actively contribute to client engagements, including:Analyzing business and operational data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunitiesStructuring insights and supporting data-driven decision makingPreparing presentations and project deliverables for clientsSupporting project governance activities (workshops, steering committees, progress tracking)Contributing to process improvement, operational performance and digital transformation initiativesParticipating in projects across several sectors including industrial,
services and financial servicesBusiness DevelopmentConducting market research and sector analysisPerforming benchmarking and identifying business opportunitiesSupporting strategic studies on industries and potential clientsCommunication & MarketingContributing to brand awareness initiativesSupporting social media and communication activitiesParticipating in events and initiatives promoting TNP ItaliaWHO YOU AREWe are looking for curious and analytical candidates interested in solving complex business and operational challenges.Final-year student or recent graduate (Master’s degree)Background in Engineering (Industrial, Management, Mechanical, Computer Engineering), Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or other quantitative disciplinesStrong analytical mindset and problem-solving skillsInterest in process improvement, operations, digital transformation and data analysisComfortable working with data and structured analysisGood organizational and communication skillsProactive, curious and able to work with a good level of autonomyProficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.G.
