Overview
In this role you will translate marketing strategy into in-store activation, driving brand visibility across retail channels for Ferrero's Chocolate Snacks.
You will work with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and measure activation initiatives and seasonal campaigns.
You'll coordinate POS materials and promotions with agencies and internal partners to ensure timely delivery and high-quality execution.
This position offers exposure to shopper and trade marketing, with a focus on delivering engaging shopper experiences and strengthening consumer loyalty.

Responsabilità
Support the execution of Category Activation Plans across sales cycles
Develop and implement in-store visibility and promotional activities aligned with brand guidelines
Coordinate development and production of POS materials with creative and production agencies
Manage activation budget: monitor costs, process purchase orders, track investments
Coordinate promotional mechanics (out-of-shelf activations, contests, coupons) with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain
Assist forecasting for sell-in and sell-out with POS materials and assortments
Contribute to seasonal activations (Halloween, Carnival)
Support development of Kinder Momenti Insieme promotional platform to boost shopper engagement and loyalty
Requisiti fondamentali
Strong analytical and organizational skills
