Overview
As Manager Network Services you will shape and execute a global strategy for network services in a cloud-driven environment.
You will lead a diverse engineering team, drive adoption of SDN and security services, and collaborate with external partners to support Oerlikon's digital transformation.
This role combines strategic planning with hands-on leadership to deliver scalable, secure network solutions.
You will work across IT leadership and business units to enable a leading digital company.

Responsabilità
Develop and implement a global strategy for network services
Drive innovation by evaluating and adopting SDN and related technologies




Lead and mentor a global team of engineers and specialists
Collaborate with external partners and service providers to align external capabilities with internal needs
Contribute expertise to ongoing corporate IT projects as part of the digital transformation path
Requisiti fondamentali
10 years of experience in network services
minimum 5 years in a leadership role
experience in hybrid on-premise and cloud environments
practical programming experience a plus
strong communication and collaboration skills
fluency in Italian and English (German a plus)
willingness to travel as needed
