With its two main brands Villeroy Boch and Ideal Standard, the Group has about 12.000 employees and is present in around 140 countries worldwide. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 pSupport retail stores with visual merchandising guidelines and display implementation /p pEnsure correct store layout, product setting, graphics, and display standards /p pAssist in the production and shipment management of sales support materials for stores /p pSupport stock monitoring activities and share replenishment needs related to visual requirements /p pCollaborate with Store Managers to evaluate layout changes and improvement initiatives /p pManage and share visual photo reports and store feedback /p pSupport window display preparation and execution aligned with brand identity /p h3Required Skills Qualifications /h3 h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liItalian native speaker (mandatory) /li liGood knowledge of English /li liBachelor's Degree preferably in Art, Design, Fashion, Marketing, or related fields /li liGood knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel) /li liFamiliarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) is a plus /li liInterest in visual merchandising, branding, and retail environments /li /ul h3Soft Skills /h3 ul liStrong organizational and multitasking skills /li liCreative mindset with attention to detail /li liGood communication and interpersonal skills /li liProactive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to learn /li liTeam player with the ability to work autonomously /li liCustomer-oriented approach /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
