Responsabilità
Monitor qualitative and quantitative KPIs (Recruitment, My Client, LoveMeter, Conversion Rate, AOV, etc.) and omnichannel services
Lead and develop the department team, aligning skills with goals
Ensure quality standards across department offerings and train on technical skills
Resolve disputes and foster team spirit to achieve targets
Maintain daily/monthly results communication with Store Manager and team
Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety rules, and commercial policies
Oversee in-store services performance (internal/external) and stockroom management
Organize and manage the Booxi platform and coordinate events with Trade & Communication
Support store management in daily activities and contribute to store's commercial and HR strategy
Coordinate stock replenishment and merchandising strategies
Requisiti fondamentali
3-4 years of experience in similar roles (Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, Key Holder)
Knowledge of key commerce KPIs and budget management, daily reporting
