For an international organisation operating in the medical and scientific sector, based in Lugano, we are looking for a

Licensing & Publications Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities

- Support sales activities related to sponsorships, publications, reprints and licences
- Manage enquiries and follow up with clients, partners and agencies
- Prepare and follow up on agreements, contracts, sales orders and invoicing
- Support the distribution of print and digital publications
- Coordinate activities with internal departments and external suppliers
- Provide administrative and organisational support for events and sponsored initiatives
- Maintain accurate tracking and reporting of activities, orders and expenses

Requirements

- Relevant degree or at least 2 years of professional experience in sales support, sales or distribution
- Fluent English (C-level proficiency or native speaker), both written and spoken
- Excellent organisational,



communication and coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, medical or similar sector is an advantage
- Knowledge of NetSuite, SharePoint or Power BI is a plus
- Valid permit to work in Switzerland
