Overview
As Supply Chain Manager you drive service and cost excellence by coordinating end-to-end order flow and inventory across AF XXX.
You will lead demand planning, scheduling, and procurement, while partnering with suppliers and customers to deliver on-time, in-spec deliveries.
You'll simplify processes, optimize inventories, and push continuous improvement across the chain.
This role offers impact through cross-functional collaboration and shaping supply strategies.
Responsabilità
Fulfill customer demands efficiently using optimal resources
Coordinate order flow from production to invoicing (production planning, procurement, inventory, warehousing, delivery)
Lead demand forecasting/planning, scheduling, and KPI setting
Manage inventory to balance availability and minimization
Oversee procurement, supplier performance, and procurement savings
Plan sales & operations, material & manufacturing resource planning,



capacity setting
Supervise warehousing and optimize transport costs/efficiency
Drive continuous improvement via CI/Lean Six Sigma projects
Present monthly management reports and KPI performance
Develop talent, succession planning, and performance management for the team
Requisiti fondamentali
University degree in Management Engineering
Minimum 5 years in supply chain
Experience leading a team
Packaging or FMCG production experience preferred
ERP and MRP knowledge
Strong Excel/data analysis skills
Strong team player and team leadership
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Problem solving oriented
Strong decision making
