Overview
In this role you will join a high-performing R&D; team in Florence, driving growth and architectural evolution of our SAAS Fleet Management platform.
You will lead feature design, own complex components, and collaborate with product managers to deliver scalable software.
Expect to improve code quality through rigorous reviews and robust testing, while addressing critical production issues.
You will also explore AI-assisted development to boost velocity in a secure, performant manner.

Responsabilità
Lead feature design and implementation for complex components
Architect and implement new features for performance and reusability
Drive code quality via peer reviews and testing strategies
Investigate and resolve critical issues across the full development lifecycle
Integrate AI code assistants into development workflow while maintaining security and architecture standards
Requisiti fondamentali
Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
Strong understanding of algorithms, OOP, software design and web architectures
Experience with Software Lifecycle Management (unit/integration tests, monitoring, profiling)
Proficiency with version control
Advanced experience with distributed services and RESTful APIs (C#/.NET preferred)
Experience developing modern client-side apps (Angular preferred)
Knowledge of database design, development and optimization
Proficiency with AI code assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) to enhance workflows
Willingness to work in a fast-paced CI/CD, agile (Kanban) environment
Fluency in English
