Overview
As a Junior Associate in the Capital Markets - Structured Finance, Regulatory and Investment Funds group, you support complex financial transactions and regulatory matters at a leading international law firm.
You collaborate across a global practice to structure innovative deals and assist with fund formation and related regulatory work.
You will work closely with cross-border teams, gaining exposure to both issuers and managers.
This role offers a path in a meritocratic, team-focused environment with emphasis on learning and high-quality client service.
Responsabilità
Support securitisations, NPLs, covered bonds, project bonds, secured debt, and bespoke structured finance transactions
Assist on financial regulation matters, regulatory changes, and related client advisories
Aid in fund formation, licensing, marketing,



reorganisation, and liquidation of regulated investment funds
Collaborate with colleagues across international offices on complex deals
Contribute to high-quality client service in a global, relationship-driven context
Requisiti fondamentali
Law Degree from an Italian university with excellent academic credentials
New graduate with an interest in Capital Markets matters
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
English proficiency at C1 level
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
