As a Back Office Assistant, and a valued member of the Firenze Calzaiuoli team, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:
Support Store Managers in planning store team schedules and monitoring discrepancies in the company management system
Plan and manage the vacation calendar and training schedule
Organize recruitment for new hires: CV screening and interview scheduling
Onboard new joiners: plan onboarding activities, prepare documentation, and manage filing/archiving
Manage supplies (through internal systems and external vendors); familiarity with SAP
Ensure compliance with company procedures (policies and safety regulations)
Continuously improving efficiency and ensuring proper maintenance of operations related to warehouse audits
Previous experience in similar roles (Sales Assistant, Promoter, Beauty Consultant), preferably within dynamic, multinational retail environments.
Knowledge of key commerce KPIs.
