Responsabilità
Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic railway markets
Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners and stakeholders
Support bid activities, including market engagement and opportunity qualification
Contribute to sales strategy, pipeline development and market analysis
Coordinate with engineering, bidding, finance and delivery teams to shape solutions
Represent the company at customer meetings and industry events
Requisiti fondamentali
Proven experience in sales, business development or bid support within railway, transportation or infrastructure sectors
Strong understanding of customer needs, market dynamics and commercial drivers
Experience with complex tenders, pre-bid activities or opportunity qualification processes
Ability to collaborate with technical stakeholders to develop business opportunities
Strong command of Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel
Commercial mindset with strong customer focus
Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment
Experience with PowerPoint
Excel
Knowledge in signalling, digital rail, operation control systems or turnkey transportation projects
