In this role you will define, implement, and continuously improve the IT Risk Management strategy for a Hitachi Energy business unit.
You will promote a risk-aware culture by aligning the IT risk framework with best practices, regulatory requirements, and organizational goals.
You will analyze risks, coordinate assessments, and drive remediation with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilità
Perform IT risk analysis and business impact analysis, and coordinate risk assessments.
Identify, qualify, and prioritize IT risks and monitor risk indicators.
Support the definition, implementation, and maintenance of the IT risk management process framework.
Develop and lead training to raise IT risk awareness among diverse stakeholders.
Measure effectiveness and address gaps in content or process, as needed.




Build strong networks with key stakeholders to align compliance and risk activities.
Requisiti fondamentali
5+ years of professional IT experience with expertise in IT Risk Management, IT Compliance, Information Security, Audit, or related areas.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
Experience in risk assessments, control evaluations, audit support, and remediation management (plus).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with ability to translate risks into actionable recommendations.
Self-motivated, well-organized, with excellent prioritization, multitasking, and stakeholder management.
Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills; ability to work across global and cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in spoken and written English.
