Supervise a team of operatives and drivers

Educate the team on business goals and service objectives
Ensure safe, secure and compliant working practices during shifts
Requisiti fondamentali
Experience in managing a shift and team in a busy freight processing environment
Strong time management and attention to detail
Energetic and enthusiastic
Strong customer focus
Good communication skills
Availability for early morning and evening shifts
Proficient in English (comprehension, written, verbal)
Ability to coordinate a large team
