Coordinatore risorse umane OGRC Ltd Milano, Provincia di Milano; Lombardia, ItalyDescrizione dell'offerta di lavoroPosition: HR Coordinator (Project-Based)Location: Pemba, Cabo Delgado Province, Mozambique (On-site)On behalf of an international player in the engineering, construction and energy sectors, specialized in infrastructure and EPC projects globally, we are looking for an HR Coordinator .
Role PurposeSupervise, assist, and support the administrative and contractual management of HR Advisors to ensure compliance with company procedures, legal requirements, and HR best practices.Collaborate with Planning, Cost Control, Site Management, and Foremen to ensure staffing requirements are met throughout all project phases.
Monitor workforce costs, prepare monthly variance reports, and define salary grading in line with project budgets and organizational structure.Support the project by resolving personnel-related issues, managing contract renewals, terminations, replacements, and workforce reallocations in coordination with Site Management.
Evaluate requests for contractual or salary adjustments and provide regular reports to the HR Manager/Director on workforce status, organizational developments,
and contractual risks.Support the HR Manager and Project Manager in the implementation of organizational and cultural change initiatives, including restructures.
Prepare HR documentation, maintain accurate records, monitor action plans, and ensure organizational charts and reporting structures remain updated.RequirementsMinimum 4–6 years of experience in a similar HR coordination role within modern and international organizations, preferably operating as General Contractors in the Construction or EPC industry.Proven experience in personnel management, workforce administration, and HR operations within complex project environments.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and mediation skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.Good knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
