/p pAt Rehasense, we are seeking a detail-oriented, driven Tenders Specialist to join our team in Regiolo.
In this role, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end tender process for public and private healthcare sector procurement, playing a vital part in securing major commercial contracts and driving business expansion.

All products are manufactured under ISO **** and ISO ***** standards and comply with strict local regulatory requirements (e.g., MDR).
/p h3Your Tasks /h3 ul liMonitor, identify, and analyze public and private tender opportunities across assigned markets.
/li liManage the end-to-end tender application process: from initial administrative review to final submission.
/li liCoordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Finance) to collect required documentation, technical specifications, and commercial data.
/li liPrepare, draft, and assemble comprehensive, high-quality bid documentation in compliance with legal and procurement guidelines.
/li liEnsure strict adherence to submission deadlines, formal tender rules, and ISO/MDR regulatory standards.
/li liTrack the status of submitted bids, maintain the internal tender database/CRM, and analyze success rates and market pricing strategies.
/li liMaintain relationships with external tender platforms, public authorities, and institutional partners.
/li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liProven professional experience as a Tenders Specialist, Bid Manager, or Procurement/Contract Specialist (healthcare, medical devices, or mobility industry experience is highly advantageous).
/li liStrong understanding of public procurement laws, legal tender procedures, and official bid documentation standards.
/li liNative or fluent Italian is required for managing local documentation and legal frameworks, alongside proficiency in written and spoken English.
/li liMeticulous attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage strict deadlines under pressure.
/li liStrong analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Excel and CRM system management.
/li liExcellent communication and cross-departmental coordination skills.
