You will work with cross?functional teams to set up future-ready processes and identify opportunities for automation and sustainability.
You'll stay ahead of trends, source new technologies, and map current processes to define ideal setups by product category.
This position offers scope to shape manufacturing excellence in a global confectionery context.
Responsabilità
Drive process innovation by applying creative techniques to raise efficiency and productivity
Create and promote innovative goals across the organization
Observe and identify improvement opportunities in standard processes and operations
Research and track industry trends to keep the organization informed
Contribute to sourcing and developing innovative technologies for manufacturing improvements (savings, sustainability, automation, headcount impact)
Scout new process equipment and capabilities
Map current processes and define ideal setups for each product category
Requisiti fondamentali
5 years of experience across R&D; or engineering roles
University degree in Food Science and Technology, Chemistry, or Engineering
Strong communication skills
