Overview
As a Pharmacovigilance Lead within IQVIA's Lifecycle Safety team, you will guide a growing PV function for pharma and biotech clients.
You'll blend people leadership, client partnership, and operational oversight to ensure high-quality PV and medical information activities.
You will be a key contact for clients and internal stakeholders across multiple projects, driving compliance, inspections readiness, and process improvements.
This role offers visibility, impact on patient safety, and opportunities to shape PV delivery and business growth.

Responsabilità
Lead and develop a small Pharmacovigilance team with coaching and day-to-day management
Ensure delivery of high-quality pharmacovigilance and medical information activities
Act as a primary client and stakeholder contact across multiple projects
Support regulatory compliance and inspection readiness of PV processes
Oversee adverse event and safety case management activities
Contribute to quality management and operational excellence initiatives
Support business growth through client relationship management and proposals
Deliver PV training and guidance to internal and external stakeholders
Requisiti fondamentali
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences or related field
Significant experience in Pharmacovigilance within CRO/pharma/healthcare
Previous people management experience
Strong knowledge of European pharmacovigilance regulations and processes
Experience managing client relationships and stakeholder engagement
Excellent English communication skills
Ability to work independently and lead teams in a dynamic environment
