Overview
In this role, you drive plant performance by implementing Ferrero Operational Excellence and Smart Factory initiatives.
You act as a change agent, partnering with plant referents to define and roll out improvement plans and training.
You coach teams through train-the-trainer methodologies and report progress of initiatives and audits.
You also lead the Smart Factory deployment, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
You manage people and foster communication across line managers to empower teams and sustain performance.
Responsabilità
Manage Ferrero Operational Excellence rollout at the Plant and act as change agent for continuous improvement
Define deployment plans for Ferrero Operational Excellence initiatives and conduct related trainings
Coach Plant referents on methodologies using train-the-trainer concepts and ensure accountability
Consolidate and report progress of plant initiatives, trainings, and audits




Lead or support Smart Factory rollout, monitor progress, and report status to ensure strategic alignment
Manage the area's people, uphold a value-based management system, motivate and develop competencies
Promote cascading communication through line managers to teams at the plant
Requisiti fondamentali
Master in Engineering or related field
solid and consolidated experience in Continuous Improvement/Lean Manufacturing
strong communication skills in Italian and English
