Responsabilità
Lead testing activities for implementation or upgrade projects with clear planning, execution, and reporting
Coordinate test cycles with clients to align expectations and ensure project success
Perform in?depth test analysis and design to cover complex business workflows
Drive cross?unit collaboration to reduce delivery dependencies and resolve impediments
Own deviation management and ensure high quality defect reporting
Lead regular client meetings guiding the full testing lifecycle
Mentor team members, contribute to Communities of Practice, and support capability development
Drive knowledge transfer, structured training, and cross?team collaboration
Requisiti fondamentali
5+ years in testing, business analysis, or consulting on complex/financial systems
Extensive experience applying Agile frameworks at project team level
Experience in the financial domain with testing or consulting for financial institutions or platforms
Experience with coordinating testing across multiple stakeholders
Ability to promote automation and adoption of AI strategy within the team
Proficient SQL and data analysis skills
ISTQB or other relevant qualifications
Upper?intermediate English or above
Ability to work with minimal supervision and in cross?functional teams
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to meet deadlines in a high?pressure environment
