Overview
In this role you help Datadog and partners succeed by delivering onboarding, enablement, and technical guidance for partner resources.
You act as a trusted advisor to the Partner channel, shaping joint initiatives and ensuring adoption of Datadog features through collaboration with product, engineering, and services teams.
You will drive partner enablement, demonstrations, and value assessments to accelerate cloud migrations and modernization efforts.

Responsabilità
Onboard, train, enable, and certify partner technical resources
Participate in joint business planning to align Datadog and partner technical teams
Support partner initiatives with demos, proofs of value, enablement workshops, and coaching on lead practices
Advocate for partners' technical concerns with Datadog teams to drive resolution
Analyze partner service offerings and propose enhancements to increase adoption of Datadog features
Collaborate with product, engineering, and services to identify and prioritize new features
Curate and evolve best practices for Datadog platform adoption and success
Requisiti fondamentali
Solid technical grounding with hands-on IT development and/or operations
Demonstrable learning mindset and track record
Self-starter with business acumen and ability to articulate Datadog value from server room to boardroom
Confident presentation skills
EU resident
hands-on experience in two or more areas listed under Desired hands-on experience
Strong communication and presentation skills

Observability tools (Datadog, Splunk, AppD, New Relic, Dynatrace)
