In this role you drive global growth for IQVIA's Brand Outsourcing and HCP Engagement solutions.
You will expand international client relationships and open new markets, working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to sell scalable, innovative outsourcing and engagement models.
You'll focus on translating global strategy into growth plans across geographies and lead high-stakes negotiations.
This is an opportunity to shape multi-country deals and help clients scale medical and commercial capabilities while advancing healthcare solutions at scale.

Identify and prioritise opportunities across global and regional markets
Develop and execute multi-geography go-to-market strategies
Translate global strategy into account-level growth plans
Build and expand senior-level global client relationships
Act as a trusted strategic advisor across the commercial lifecycle
Lead executive-level discussions and negotiations
Lead complex, multi-country proposal development
Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage opportunities from qualification to contract handover
Requisiti fondamentali
10+ years in Life Sciences commercial leadership or business development (e.g., General Manager, Head of Sales, or Business Unit Manager in a large pharma)
Proven success selling complex, global outsourcing solutions
Strong executive communication and negotiation skills
Ability to operate effectively across cultures and geographies
