Responsabilità
Lead global people cost budgeting, forecasting, and review processes
Monitor headcount and personnel costs, analyze variances and key cost drivers
Support workforce planning through financial scenarios and forecasts
Partner with HR and Finance to ensure accurate and consistent planning
Develop analytics combining workforce, financial, productivity, and business data
Define and monitor people and organizational performance KPIs
Deliver insights and scenario analyses to support strategic decision-making
Support the enhancement of HR reporting and planning tools, ensuring data quality and process efficiency
Partner with IT to drive automation and digitalization of HR reporting and analytics
Requisiti fondamentali
>8 years of experience in HR Controlling, People Analytics, Workforce Planning or Cost Controlling
Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field
Proficient in people cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting; advanced Excel and BI tools
Power BI or equivalent; SAP/SuccessFactors is a plus
Known for flexibility, accuracy, ownership, and attention to detail
Fluent in English
