Responsabilità
Coordinate complex programs and initiatives to align strategic objectives with execution
Monitor roadmap progress, budgets,
and reporting to provide visibility on results, risks and next steps
Support Product Owners and stakeholders to keep decisions aligned with business priorities
Facilitate cross?team collaboration and drive value?creating decisions across the organization
Define and track process performance indicators and turn data into actionable insights for continuous improvement
Requisiti fondamentali
At least 6 years of experience in program management, product governance, functional analysis or similar roles in technology?driven environments
Strong product awareness and ability to challenge assumptions to support strategic decisions
Pragmatic, execution?oriented mindset enabling progress across multiple workstreams
Analytical thinking with a process orientation and data?driven decision making
Proven ability to engage stakeholders at all levels with diplomacy and sound judgment
Advanced proficiency in English (C1)
