Responsabilità
Collaborate in small teams (3–5 consultants) on client projects
Gather and process data, formulate and test hypotheses, develop client-ready recommendations
Help set strategic direction and develop marketing and sales capabilities
Connect organizations to omni-channel opportunities to drive growth
Receive training, coaching, and mentorship; participate in career development activities
Collaborate with colleagues globally and interact with senior leaders and clients
Requisiti fondamentali
University degree
Experience in operational or strategic marketing in sectors such as consumer goods, financial services, telecom, pharmaceutics, or consulting focused on growth topics
Ability to work collaboratively across levels in an organization
Excellent problem-solving skills
Self-motivation and entrepreneurial spirit
Strong verbal and written communication in English and local language(s)
