Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Italian market
Nurture and manage client relationships, including C-level engagement
Deliver tailored ICT/digital transformation solutions to meet customer needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales with business goals
Develop sales strategy,
market analysis, and account plans
Forecasting and pipeline development to drive results
Open doors with stakeholders and act as trusted advisor through consultative selling
Travel as needed to engage with customers
Requisiti fondamentali
3–5 years of proven success in selling complex deals within multinational or large national organizations
Bachelor's degree; fluent in Italian and English
Strong technical proficiency with CRM tools
Advanced sales techniques and market analysis skills
Broad understanding of ICT strategy and digital transformation
Confident, persuasive communicator with ability to engage C-level executives and stakeholders
Leadership and entrepreneurial spirit with ability to manage and delegate
Willingness to travel and work in a dynamic, flexible environment
