/ppThis is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong BMS professional to take ownership of the engineering and delivery of BMS systems on a complex, high-profile project.
/ppThe Role /ppAs Senior BMS Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the BMS engineering and design process, coordinating with specialist subcontractors and working closely with the wider project team.
/ppYou will be involved throughout the project lifecycle, from design and engineering through construction, testing, commissioning and final handover.
/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /pulliTake ownership of BMS engineering and design deliverables /liliReview and coordinate BMS designs against project specifications /liliCoordinate with BMS subcontractors, consultants and the wider project team /liliManage engineering queries, design changes and technical issues /liliMonitor project progress, quality and delivery /liliParticipate in project meetings, technical reviews and site walkdowns /liliSupport testing and commissioning activities /liliEnsure BMS systems are delivered in accordance with project requirements and the Quality Plan /liliSupport client demonstrations,
handover and close-out activities /liliEnsure project documentation, OM information and record drawings are completed to the required standard /li /ulpbAbout You /b /ppThe successful candidate will have: /pulliStrong experience in bBMS engineering /b /liliExperience working on large-scale or technically complex projects /liliPrevious bdata centre, pharmaceutical, high-tech or critical infrastructure /b experience is highly desirable /liliA strong understanding of BMS systems and their integration with mechanical services /liliExperience coordinating specialist subcontractors and multiple project stakeholders /liliThe ability to manage priorities and take ownership of technical deliverables /liliStrong communication and organisational skills /liliA professional approach to quality, safety and project delivery /liliEU Passport or equivalent right to work in Italy /li /ulpbThe Opportunity /b /ppThis is a key role within a major data centre project, offering the opportunity to work directly within the project team of an established bGeneral Contractor /b and play an important role in the successful delivery of the BMS package.
