/p pAs part of the development of our Customer Service team , we are looking for a FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN M/F to join our headquarters in Italy.
Reporting to the Technical Manager , your main responsibilities will include: /p ul liInstalling and commissioning our machines at customer sites across Europe.
/li liTraining users on how to operate the equipment /li liDiagnosing breakdowns and carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance.
/li liProviding on-site and remote technical support /li liParticipating in machine testing and validation activities in collaboration with the production teams /li liEnsuring a high level of customer satisfaction through your technical expertise and strong customer-service orientation /li /ul pFluent French and professional-level English or Italian /p ul li~5 to 7 years of experience in field service or industrial maintenance /li li~ Proven experience working with CNC machines /li li~ Good mechanical skills and ability to read technical drawings /li li~ Proficiency in measurement instruments and standard office software /li li~ A permanent contract based in Ponte San Pietro, Italy /li liRelocation support /li liComprehensive training on our technologies /li liAn international working environment with opportunities for career development.
