Install, configure, and test medical devices at customer sites
Perform maintenance, installations, and upgrades on medical devices
Diagnose technical issues and carry out repairs to minimize equipment downtime
Provide on-site and remote technical support to end users
Document service activities, maintenance reports, and equipment status
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and internal procedures
Train medical staff on proper operation and basic troubleshooting of equipment
Collaborate with sales and technical teams to support customer needs
Travel frequently across Italy, Switzerland, and Europe
Requirements
Technical degree in biomedical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, or a related field
Experience in medical device servicing is beneficial; service experience in other technical fields is welcomed
Willingness to travel frequently across Europe
Fluent in Italian
Advanced English
Other language skills are a strong asset, especially for cross-border collaboration
Proactive attitude, autonomy, and customer-oriented mindset
