Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for internationalisation of the product
Develop and implement operational strategies to optimise performance
Collaborate with the Founder to support strategic initiatives
Define and monitor key performance indicators and ensure targets are met
Drive process improvements and operational efficiency across departments
Oversee daily operations and align with organisational objectives
Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently
Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards
Lead and mentor teams to foster a high-performance culture
Requisiti fondamentali
Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans aimed at internationalisation of the product
Proven expertise in operational management within the software / technology industry
Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
