Overview
As Manager for the Account Management Team in Milan, you will lead a group of Account Managers to achieve revenue and organizational goals.
You'll partner across Sales, Retail, Product, Tech and Creative to deliver client value and guide complex negotiations.
You will shape processes, tools and incentives to maximize ROI and accelerate growth, while coaching the team to drive advertiser satisfaction and YoY revenue.
This role blends strategic consulting with hands-on leadership in a fast-moving ad business.
Responsabilità
Lead and develop the team to hit revenue targets and organizational goals
Dive deep into client needs, gather feedback and drive solutions to improve the Amazon Advertising experience
Develop the team's sales skills, business acumen and ability to generate insights
Support and guide the team during client negotiations
Engage with Amazon Advertising leadership to represent results and advocate for customer needs
Hire and develop a world-class team
Conduct resource management, capacity planning and account allocation
Collaborate across cross-functional teams to align on strategy and execution
Requisiti fondamentali
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience in analytical tasks or projects with data
Experience driving internal cross-team collaboration
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
Experience communicating with stakeholders and managing teams
Experience handling multiple priorities and delivering to goals
Fluency in Italian and English at C1 level or above
Proven digital advertising or client-facing experience with people management
Strong negotiating skills and ability to influence stakeholders
Ability to deal with ambiguity and drive change in loosely defined situations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to attract, retain and grow talents
MBA (preferred)
Previous people management experience in the industry (preferred)
