/p pWe're increasing our SalesTeam and we're looking for Key Account Manager (M/F/D) to support and develop our business bin Italy.
/b /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liIdentify and develop new opportunities in the market aligned with company objectives; /li liBuild strong relationships with strategic customers, ensuring retention and business expansion; /li liCollaborate closely with internal team to ensure best product for each customer application; /li liPrepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and commercial terms; /li liCoordinate tests to approve Colquimica Adhesives; /li liDevelop account plans, sales forecasts, and periodic reports; /li liTrack trends, competitors, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.
/li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in Management, Economics, Chemical Engineering,
or similar field; /li liMinimum 5 years in B2B commercial roles in adhesive industry; /li liFluent in English (mandatory) other languages are a plus; /li liKnowledge of industrial processes and adhesive applications; /li liAbility to analyze data and prepare reports.
