PMO – Data & Power BI Migration
Contract:6+ months, B2B
Location:100% Remote

About the Role
We are looking for an experiencedPMOto support a large-scaleData Migration and Power BI transformation programme.
The programme involves the migration fromOracle to Power BI, impacting approximately15,000 usersand supporting around11,000 field representativesacross14 sites in Italy.
Key Responsibilities
Support programme governance, planning, reporting and coordination.
Maintain project plans, RAID logs, actions and key programme documentation.
Coordinate across technical and business stakeholders.
Support governance meetings, status reporting and decision-making.
Track milestones, dependencies, risks and issues through to resolution.




Help ensure the programme remains aligned towards the planned go-live.
Experience Required
StrongPMO / Project Governanceexperience within complex transformation or migration programmes.
Experience supportingdata, BI or technology migration projects.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Comfortable working across multiple teams and locations.
Fluent English and Italian.
Experience withinPharma / Life Sciencesparticularly within project governance in a regulated environment.
