Overview
In this role you will lead the Asia Pacific sales agenda for a family-owned brand of Made-in-Italy products. You will shape and implement the commercial strategy, collaborate with international partners, and drive multi-channel distribution. You will tell the company story to customers and stakeholders, align cross-functional teams, and mentor the regional sales force. The position offers a meaningful opportunity to accelerate growth in a prestigious, heritage-driven portfolio. You will be at the forefront of expanding the brand across Asia while preserving its values.

Responsabilità
- Shape and implement the commercial strategy with a focus on Asia Pacific
- Leverage existing and new partners abroad across distributors, department stores, and retailers
- Coordinate multi-channel sales actions to maximize customer satisfaction
- Lead and develop the sales team and drive international sales execution
- Translate market and client inputs into internal actions across design, manufacturing, sales, and logistics




- Represent the company in meetings at various levels and storyteller of the brand’s values and legacy

Requisiti fondamentali
- Sound international sales experience with Made in Italy products for B2C markets
- Proven export-related experience and understanding of processes
- Strong business acumen and intercultural communication/negotiation skills
- Ability to drive the international sales agenda and manage meetings at various levels
- Leadership skills with experience in developing a sales team
- Strong client relationship management and cross-border relationship-building
- Understanding of competitors and market trends in the region
- Ability to relay market inputs to internal functions (design, manufacturing, sales, logistics)
- Proficiency in Italian and English; knowledge of Asian languages (Chinese nice to have)
