We are currently seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager to join our team.

/liliAdjust tasks and schedules based on priorities and instruct best work practices.
/liliPlan and coordinate in-house and outsourced works with timelines and execution.
/liliPrepare and manage preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
/liliMonitor daily maintenance software entries vs. jobs completed to track staff productivity.
/liliInvestigate maintenance issues first hand and propose solutions with superiors.
/liliSupport technicians on specific jobs when needed.
/liliInspect facilities periodically to detect problems and maintenance needs.
/liliInspect and maintain building systems (e.g., HVAC, heating, cooling, ventilation).
/liliSupervise contractors and tradespeople during installations, repairs, or maintenance.
/liliAssist in developing and managing the maintenance budget.
/liliMonitor inventory of materials and equipment.
/liliSign purchase orders and invoices for requested materials.
/liliEnsure cost-effectiveness and quality in outsourced works and material procurement.
/liliEnforce adherence to quality standards and health safety regulations.
/liliRecruit, train and supervise maintenance technicians.
/liliParticipate in coordination and execution of projects (e.g., renovations).
/liliIdentify opportunities to improve maintenance processes and reduce costs.
/li /ulh3Job Requirements /h3ulliMinimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
/liliHigher Technical Diploma (HTD) or equivalent in a relevant technical field.
/liliElectrical Licence A or B is an asset.
/liliFamiliarity with modern HVAC and ELV systems.
/liliHighly motivated, pragmatic, and hands?on approach to work.
