We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Guest Relation Host with Japanese language skills to join our luxury resort in , Maldives.
As a vital member of our guest services team, you will be responsible for ensuring our Japanese-speaking guests have an exceptional and memorable stay.
- Welcome and assist Japanese-speaking guests throughout their stay, providing a warm and personalised experience - Act as a liaison between Japanese guests and various departments within the resort - Handle guest enquiries, requests,
