Overview
As Financial Controller, you will oversee financial operations and ensure accurate reporting to support strategic decisions. You will work closely with the CFO, department heads, and international teams to drive budgeting, forecasting, and process improvements for sustainable growth. You’ll translate financial insights into actionable recommendations that optimize margins and working capital. This role offers significant influence on financial planning in a luxury-focused, cross-functional environment.

Responsabilità
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings with timely reporting
- Prepare consolidated P&L;, balance sheets, and cash flow forecasts
- Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting in collaboration with department heads
- Drive forecasting accuracy and financial modelling improvements
- Conduct variance analysis against budgets and forecasts; monitor KPIs
- Oversee cash flow, working capital,



and ROI analyses for investments
- Coordinate with local/regional controllers for consistent reporting

Requisiti fondamentali
- 5+ years in Finance and Controlling, with ideally Big Four audit plus corporate controlling experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling
- Strong analytical, structured, and detail-oriented approach
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work with international and cross-functional teams
- Fluent in Italian and English; French a plus
- Strong sense of responsibility and business orientation
